Digital product purchases

LIORA sells digital PDF guides, workbooks, and downloadable style resources. Because LIORA products are instant digital PDF downloads, all sales are generally final once access or download has been provided. Refunds may be reviewed only for duplicate purchases, accidental double charges, wrong file delivery, or technical issues that prevent access to the product.

When to contact us

If you purchased a guide and did not receive access, downloaded the wrong file, were charged twice, or experienced a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us at lioraclarity@gmail.com. We will review the issue and help resolve it.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us with the purchase email, product name, and order details.
